I've dealt with this property management company a couple of times for my rental home in Brea. Not the best service, but fairly typical for any HOA.But I just sold the home and was charged $950 to transfer to the new owners. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS. That's unfairly gauging homeowners! I made certain the escrow officer wasn't mistaking charging me that amount, but she assured me that this is what Ammcor charges. I'm very upset.Advocate for your own HOA to go with a different company if they use Ammcor.
