Made an appointment that was approved to receive an international health certificat to be able to travel with out cat. Two days before the appointment the clinic canceled saying that they aren't able to provide us with the documentation as our cat is not a regular client at the clinic. This clinic isn't operating professional as it cant just give out appointments and then cancel them last minute.
