Job started a day late and finished 3 days late. Poor communication, little calls or emails returned. Multiple follow up calls required when no one showed up. No apologies or heads up of delays. AFS requested no other contractors on site while they work but then didn't show up causing delays to my project finish.

Absolutely outstanding services, I highly recommend this company from there amazing reception staff Natalie and Brittni who organised the quote to be done ,following up on any questions promptly right through to the install date.Sam the Project manager looked after the job from start to finish with his exceptional knowledge and time management, our job was finished on time without any hiccups !Our floors look beautiful, and I would more than happily use AFS again.

We obtained flooring quotes from three businesses. Of the three, Sam Beezley answered all queries that we had regarding timber floorboard installation. The fact that all questions and enquiries regarding sourcing the timber, installation, seasoning, sanding and application of finish coats and timings for all parts of the process were answered promptly and courteously, convinced us to proceed with All Flooring Solutions (AFS). The timber arrived on time, shortly after, the installers arrived to arrange for storing the timber properly in our garage, Sam arrived to introduce the installers and oversee this operation. All subsequent parts of installation also commenced and finished on schedule with Sam visiting the site during the work and on completion to ensure we were satisfied and that the work was completed to AFS standards. We are delighted with the finished floors and have no hesitation in recommending AFS to anyone.

Only AFS's master craftsmen could have succeeded when they tackled this curvaceous mezzanine solid black butt timber floor. As you can see, we live at the ocean's edge. Would you like to have swollen floating floors or carpet worn by sand and salt air or pay for a truly beautiful hard working surface of solid timber. Was it cheap? Come on, you pay for what you get. AFS is an honest family company who have survived through cheap imports so don't be fooled by comparing apples with oranges. If you want a floor down for life, go with AFS and solid timber!
