I recently was a new patient here and it was not my greatest experience with a dental office. The front desk was great, but past that wasn’t amazing. First, the special x-rays we’re taken (3D ones) without actually seeing if they have been taken within the last 3 years as I was not sure if they had been. So hopefully my insurance covers that. Second, it was honestly the quickest cleaning I have ever had. Did not feel very thorough, maybe cuz after I left the appointment I saw the hygienist and dentist leave right after me. Also, when the hygienist used the water hose and hose to suck the water out, she didn’t have me close my mouth to suck the left over water and whatever else was in my mouth out. I had to swallow junk 3 times, and who knows what I was swallowing, that was pretty frustrating. Then, when Dr. Adrian came in, he was real short with me, didn’t show me my x-rays, as every other dentist has before. He did not tell me how my teeth currently are, but just the work I would need (wisdom teeth are through and those need to be removed, even though I am 30 and no other dentist has told me this and I have zero problems with them). Also, when I was waiting for him to come, the hygienist just kept me lying down instead of sitting me up, and when Dr. Adrian was done and just talking he did the same thing. It all just felt rushed and not very professional.
