Worked with this company and they never transferred account ownership after we went different directions. Contacted Rebecca direct and she said it would take her 5 days to login to make the adjustment. We sent the directions which would take less than 5 minutes to complete and we were told that the fix would only happen if we were billed for a full hour rate.Simple adjustment could have been handled much better and in less than 5 minutes.
