We've been in digital marketing since the early 2000s. It all started with having our own webshops: One sold computer hardware, the other sold band merchandise. Let's just say that SEO and CRO were far easier back then. We were far more hooked on the marketing aspects than putting computers together and so we gradually made the switch from being salesmen to marketing people. Then came our educational foundation. Both of us have since got degrees that lay the scientific foundation for the services we offer. John is the tech wiz whereas Deborah is responsible for the content side of things. Between us, we have almost 40 years' experience in digital marketing, primarly from the tourism, health, and healthtech industry. John is very experienced acting as a white-label consultant for other agencies, whereas Deborah has a thing for start-ups.

Of course you do. Without digital marketing, you won’t stand a chance in the modern world of business. We can help you can avoid getting lost in the shuffle. What might be discussed ishow much digital marketing you need and where you need it. It's highly dependent on your industry and preferences. It's better not to have an account on a social media channel than it is to have one and not tending to it. Not all companies benefit from a TikTok account and others might only need a limited online presence. In contrast, some companies are fully digital and in highly competitive markets. They will need more extensive digital marketing activities. Tell us about your business, market, and customers, and we will help you define what activities you need to reach your goals

Depends on what we agree on. We are not a creatives agency. If you need content, we'll either ask you to provide it, put you in touch with a skilled content partner (you are responsible) or subcontract a partner (we a re responsible and handle all communication).

That's mostly up to you. We utilise a wide range of analytics tools that we use for reporting. Some clients prefer to measure hard conversions, some prefer Google Analytics or another online analytics tool. We do what makes the most sense to you.
